Entwickelt für die maximale Dichtleistung von heutigen Hochleistungsmotoren, sind diese Dichtungen perfekt für sowohl Aluminiumköpfe auf Aluminiumblöcken als auch Aluminiumköpfe auf Gusseisenblöcken.
Bestehend aus mehreren geprägten Schichten von Edelstahl mit den äußeren Schichten, die eine Viton-Gummibeschichtung verwenden, können diese Dichtungen die Scherkräfte widerstehen, die durch die beiden Materialien entstehen. Die mittlere oder Shim-Schicht ist unbeschichteter Edelstahl, der je nach Dicke variiert werden kann.
