The one-piece sealed housing is constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and draws styling cues from the Mustang's body. The auxiliary air inlet captures additional air from the inner fender, and the patented filter-to-housing interface design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation.
