ATI Super Damper Serpentine Harmonic Balancer 6.78in 10% Underdrive LS1/2/3/6
The ATI Super Damper is a patented harmonic balancer designed exclusively for high-performance Chevy LS engines, including LS1, LS2, LS3, and LS6, for model years 1997 to 2013 with Y-Body accessory drive spacing. This damper features a 6.78-inch outside diameter with a 10% underdrive, reducing accessory speeds to free up horsepower and prevent overspinning of power steering pumps and alternators in high RPM applications.
Constructed with an aluminum outer shell and steel hub, it includes a 6-rib serpentine pulley and a 4-rib air conditioning pulley. The damper contains multiple computer-machined grooves to retain durable durometer O-rings, tested extensively in racing environments to exceed SFI 18.1 safety specifications. It is tunable, rebuildable, and highly efficient across all RPM ranges.
