This Billet Wheel & Waste Gate Combo Kit is engineered for the stock turbochargers on 1999.5-2003 7.3L Ford Power Stroke engines, compatible with OEM or Garrett replacement turbos. The lightweight billet milled 9-bladed extended tip compressor wheel improves airflow and response compared to cast designs, delivering quicker spooling, reduced compressor surge, and higher boost pressure.
The adjustable heavy sprung waste gate control features a high temperature resistant Nomex diaphragm and a turnbuckle for precise boost pressure tuning, preventing waste gate creep and enhancing bottom-end throttle response. This upgrade also reduces exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), improves fuel economy, and lowers visible emissions, making it an efficient and performance-oriented turbocharger enhancement.
