This BD Diesel EGR Cooler Replacement is engineered specifically for Ford 6.0L PowerStroke diesel engines from 2003 to 2004 with round tube design up to 09/22/2003. Manufactured using TIG welded 304L stainless steel tubes measuring 0.375 inches outer diameter by 0.048 inches wall thickness, it replaces the OEM inner cores known for premature failure due to weak brazed joints.

Within the EU, there are no additional costs such as customs duties or import fees. We import each item to Germany first and then ship it to you from here.

Are the items street legal?
