BD Diesel Full Bore Exhaust Manifold for 2001-2010 Duramax

The BD Full Bore Exhaust Manifold replaces the factory driver's side "pinched down" manifold on Chevy and GMC Duramax engines from 2001 to 2010. This upgrade restores exhaust flow balance between the two banks of the V8 engine, improving power delivery and reducing exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) for smoother engine operation.

Constructed from high-silicon ductile iron, this manifold is designed to withstand high temperatures and vibration, ensuring durability and longevity. It is a direct, bolt-in replacement for the factory manifold, making installation straightforward. Additionally, it is drilled and tapped to accept the most popular EGT probes, allowing for precise monitoring of exhaust temperatures.
