The hoses utilize 4 to 5 plies of DuPont Nomex/Aramid fiber, avoiding inferior polyester materials for superior strength and heat resistance.
The kit features flurosilicone elastomers and fluorocarbon materials that resist oily residues, maintaining hose integrity over time. Spring-loaded 300 series stainless steel clamps provide consistent clamping force through heat cycles, preventing hose blow-offs during intense turbocharged operation. This kit also includes the intercooler outlet pipe and multiple connection points tailored for the Dodge 6.7L turbo diesel setup.
