This BD Diesel Intercooler Hose & Clamp Kit is engineered specifically for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L PowerStroke, delivering superior durability and performance under high boost conditions. The kit includes a driver-side metal intercooler pipe that replaces the OEM plastic pipe, enhancing reliability and longevity.
Each hose is constructed with 4 to 5 plies of DuPont Nomex/Aramid fiber, designed to withstand three times their working pressure. The hoses feature Flurosilicone elastomers and Fluorocarbon materials to resist oily residues, ensuring long-lasting performance. Secured by spring-loaded 300 Series stainless steel T-bar clamps, the clamping force remains consistent through heat cycles, preventing hose blow-offs during demanding driving scenarios.
