The BD Diesel Iron Horn Turbo Kit is a high-performance upgrade designed for the 3rd generation 5.9L Cummins engine in Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks from 2003 to 2007. Featuring a BorgWarner SX-E S364SXE/80 turbocharger with a 0.91 A/R ratio, this kit delivers approximately 600 horsepower depending on truck configuration. It includes a 2-piece high-flow BD pulse T4 exhaust manifold and all necessary gaskets and fittings for a clean, drop-in installation without extra piping.
