The BD Diesel Positive Air Shutdown system provides a reliable emergency engine shutdown solution by cutting the air supply to the diesel engine, ensuring immediate cessation of fuel ignition. Designed specifically for Ford 2003-2007 6.0L PowerStroke engines, this manual controlled system features an inline butterfly valve installed in the air intake line. When activated by a heavy-duty electrical solenoid, the valve shuts the engine down within seconds, enhancing safety in critical industrial applications such as mining, oil refining, forestry, and mobile welding.
