BD Diesel Retro Screamer Turbo Kit for Ford 6.7L Powerstroke
This BD Diesel Retro Screamer Turbo Kit is a Stage 2 GT37 retrofit designed specifically for the early model Ford 6.7L Powerstroke engines in for 2011-2014 Ford F250/F350 and for 2011-2016 Ford F450/F550 trucks. It replaces the problematic and small GT32 Single Sequential Turbocharger (SST) with a modern turbo that delivers increased airflow without sacrificing low-end response.
The kit includes a BD custom cast turbine housing, backing plate, compressor cover, and pedestal, making it a complete drop-in replacement requiring no extra parts. It features a 64.0mm billet compressor wheel and a custom mixed flow turbine (MFT) wheel with a large 65mm exducer, allowing up to 81 lb/min of airflow. This upgrade provides more boost, lower drive pressure, and reduced exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), enhancing horsepower potential and reliability.
The turbo is VSR high speed balanced for durability and quick installation. A tuning solution is recommended to optimize performance and avoid fault codes, with the Screamer Stage 1 Retrofit kit suggested for trucks with the stock CP4 fuel pump below 500hp.
