The BD Diesel Thermostat Bypass is designed to eliminate the factory transmission cooler bypass valve on Dodge RAM trucks equipped with 68RFE or Aisin AS69RC transmissions from 2013 to 2018. This upgrade prevents the internal valve from jamming due to debris, which can cause the transmission to overheat and fail prematurely.
