This BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold and Up-Pipes Kit is engineered to address common OE exhaust failures in the 6.4L Powerstroke engines found in Ford Super Duty trucks from 2008 to 2010. The kit replaces factory up-pipes prone to cracking and leaking due to heat cycling and age, which can cause slower turbo spool, increased exhaust noise, and soot buildup.
Featuring larger diameter 304 stainless steel mandrel-bent up-pipes with internally shielded expansion bellows, this kit minimizes turbo restriction and enhances exhaust velocity and turbo response. The heavy-duty 0.25" thick-walled Hi-Silicon ductile cast iron exhaust manifolds are designed to resist cracking under high temperatures and are optimized via computational fluid dynamics for maximum exhaust flow efficiency.
