Engineered for maximum exhaust performance and reliability, the BD Diesel UpPipe Kit replaces the factory exhaust feed system, which is prone to leakage due to deteriorating crush donuts. This kit is specifically designed for the 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L PowerStroke, including models such as F-250, F-350, Excursion, and E-350.

  • Larger diameter 304 stainless steel up-pipes with internally shielded expansion bellows for enhanced durability and heat retention
  • Crush donuts replaced with stainless steel gaskets for extended sealing life
  • High-silicon ductile iron Y-adapter maximizes heat transfer to the turbo and resists burn-out
  • Reduces turbo drive pressure loss and lowers exhaust gas temperatures
  • Includes driver and passenger side up-pipes, collector adapter, gaskets, and hardware
