This BD Diesel Xtrude Double Stacked Transmission Cooler Kit is engineered to provide superior cooling performance for automatic transmissions. Featuring double stacked cores, it delivers over 40,000 BTU/hr of cooling capacity, resulting in more than a 350% temperature drop compared to factory systems. The cooler uses 200 micro extruded passages to maximize surface area for efficient heat transfer and turbulent oil flow design to enhance cooling effectiveness.
The kit includes a thermostatically controlled 80-watt, 10-inch, 800 CFM electric fan that automatically regulates oil temperature for optimal performance. Large 5/8-inch ports prevent inlet and outlet restrictions, and the furnace brazed rails are tested to withstand pressures up to 300 psi. Installation is simplified with a build-it-yourself galvanized bracket kit, pre-wired loomed harness with fuse and relay, and all necessary fittings, clamps, hoses, and hardware.
