BD Diesel Xtruded Transmission Oil Cooler - 1/2 inch Cooler Lines

The BD Diesel Xtruded Transmission Oil Cooler is engineered to provide superior cooling performance for automatic transmissions, especially under heavy load and high-temperature conditions. Featuring 200 micro extruded passages, it offers 22% more cooling capacity than conventional designs by maximizing surface area for efficient heat transfer with external airflow.

This cooler is designed with large 5/8-inch ports to prevent inlet and outlet restrictions, and furnace brazed rails tested to withstand pressures up to 300 psi ensure durability and reliability. A thermostatically controlled 80-watt, 10-inch, 800 CFM electric fan provides automatic oil temperature regulation, maintaining optimal transmission temperatures even during demanding driving scenarios.

The complete kit includes all necessary fittings, clamps, hoses, hardware, and a build-it-yourself galvanized bracket kit for quick and clean installation without the need for fabricating custom brackets. The pre-wired loomed harness with fuse and relay features OEM-style sealed connectors for a factory-like installation that resists environmental elements.
