Manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire, these springs are cold wound on a CNC coiling machine to ensure accuracy and consistency. Every spring is compressed solid at the factory, stress-relieved at 750 degrees F, and shot-peened to eliminate residual surface stresses.
