This high-performance crankshaft is engineered for the Polaris XP Turbo, offering enhanced durability and reliability. It is precision-crafted from 4340 billet steel, ensuring optimal balance and power delivery. The crankshaft features a 68mm stroke with a 270-degree crank pin, making it ideal for high-performance enthusiasts.

  • Stress relieved, shot peened, magna flux inspected, and nitrided for ultimate performance
  • Fully profiled counterweights and finish-sized rod and main journals
  • Compatible with blue or green Polaris bearings using aftermarket rods

Complete packages designed to work together to deliver more horsepower and torque as well as greater reliability. Brian Crower, Inc. employs state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines to insure exacting tolerances. Small diameter camshaft grinding wheels on certain BC cam part numbers like Honda B and K Series, Nissan SR20 and Mitsubishi 4G63 deliver added valve action for greater cylinder fill rates. All BC crankshafts and connecting rods are made from the highest quality 4340 steel alloy, CNC machined and finished to the tightest industry specifications. Premium grade 6AL4V titanium retainers, 100% RC checked for hardness, and super clean chrome silicone spring wire for the highest rpm range possible. Every product line is tested on precision measuring instruments for accuracy, imperfections and metallurgy. Dyno tested and tuned for optimum results.
