Engineered for ultimate reliability and performance, the Brian Crower crankshaft is designed specifically for 2022 and newer Polaris Pro R models. CNC machined from premium 4340 billet round bar, this crankshaft is crafted to deliver exceptional strength and precision for high-performance tuning and motorsport applications.

  • Stress relieved, shot peened, magna flux inspected, and nitrided for enhanced fatigue resistance
  • Fully profiled counterweights for optimized balance and smooth operation
  • Rod and main journals finish sized for compatibility with blue or green Polaris bearings using aftermarket rods
  • Multi-step heat treatment process for maximum performance and longevity

Stroker kits for all popular Sport Compact applications and camshafts and valve train to match. Complete packages designed to work together to deliver more horsepower and torque as well as greater reliability. Brian Crower, Inc. employs state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines to insure exacting tolerances. Small diameter camshaft grinding wheels on certain BC cam part numbers like Honda B and K Series, Nissan SR20 and Mitsubishi 4G63 deliver added valve action for greater cylinder fill rates. All BC crankshafts and connecting rods are made from the highest quality 4340 steel alloy, CNC machined and finished to the tightest industry specifications. Premium grade 6AL4V titanium retainers, 100% RC checked for hardness, and super clean chrome silicone spring wire for the highest rpm range possible. Every product line is tested on precision measuring instruments for accuracy, imperfections and metallurgy. Dyno tested and tuned for optimum results.
