Manufactured from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum, these cam gears offer exceptional strength and durability for demanding tuning applications. The laser-etched, micrometer-style face allows for precise cam timing adjustments up to 10 degrees in each direction, enabling tuners to optimize horsepower and torque without engine disassembly.

Small diameter camshaft grinding wheels on certain BC cam part numbers like Honda B and K Series, Nissan SR20 and Mitsubishi 4G63 deliver added valve action for greater cylinder fill rates. All BC crankshafts and connecting rods are made from the highest quality 4340 steel alloy, CNC machined and finished to the tightest industry specifications. Premium grade 6AL4V titanium retainers, 100% RC checked for hardness, and super clean chrome silicone spring wire for the highest rpm range possible. Every product line is tested on precision measuring instruments for accuracy, imperfections and metallurgy. Dyno tested and tuned for optimum results.
