These Brian Crower intake valves are precision-engineered for the Toyota 3SGTE engine, featuring a 33.5mm standard head diameter. Constructed from premium heat-resistant stainless steel with a friction welded Stellite tip, they offer exceptional durability and performance for high boost and high RPM applications.

The valves feature an undercut stem design above the head to reduce weight, enhancing RPM potential and improving airflow for optimized combustion efficiency. Each valve is fully machined with a swirl polished finish under the head to further increase airflow and fuel mixture dynamics.

Small diameter camshaft grinding wheels on certain BC cam part numbers like Honda B and K Series, Nissan SR20 and Mitsubishi 4G63 deliver added valve action for greater cylinder fill rates. All BC crankshafts and connecting rods are made from the highest quality 4340 steel alloy, CNC machined and finished to the tightest industry specifications. Premium grade 6AL4V titanium retainers, 100% RC checked for hardness, and super clean chrome silicone spring wire for the highest rpm range possible. Every product line is tested on precision measuring instruments for accuracy, imperfections and metallurgy. Dyno tested and tuned for optimum results.
