Camburg 1.5in Extended TIG 4130 Shackles for Ford Raptor / F-150
These Camburg TIG shackles are a high-strength upgrade designed for for 2017-2020 Ford Raptor and for 2015-2024 Ford F-150. They replace the factory light-duty shackles, which are stamped from thin metal with rubber bushings prone to flex and binding. Camburg's shackles feature a fabricated boxed gusseted design made from durable 4130 chromoly steel, providing superior strength and rigidity.
Equipped with polyurethane bushings, these shackles offer smoother pivot action with less flex compared to stock rubber bushings. The shackles are TIG welded, bead blasted, and finished with a textured gray powder coat that complements Camburg billet arms and FOX shock anodizing. The extended 1.5 inch length lowers the ride height by approximately 1 inch and is compatible with stock and Deaver leaf springs (note: stock length shackles do not fit Icon leaf springs).
