Engineered for off-road performance, the Camburg 2.50" Front Slapper Bump Stop Mount Kit Only is designed for easy installation on Camburg Trail Series long-travel kits or stock length performance lower arms. This kit enhances strength and rigidity by double shearing the upper arm frame pivots. The non-UCA gusset version simplifies installation and includes a weld-on frame mount for the bump stop, providing improved control and bottoming resistance. The slapper arm setup allows the air bump to strike further outboard on the lower arm, making it more effective and efficient. Motion ratio geometry remains consistent throughout bottoming out travel, ensuring constant contact with the lower arm and preventing the bump stop from swiping the arm. The bump stop only engages during bottoming, allowing free movement in the ride zone for a more active suspension. The slapper arm design incorporates a rubber pad to reduce noise upon contact. This kit is designed for use with custom FOX or King 2.5 bump stops, which function similarly to air shocks. Extensive testing ensures optimal performance and durability, with aircraft AN bolts for maximum strength. Mounts are supplied raw and require welding, with a recommendation to spray with black Steel-IT for added protection. This kit is specifically designed for Camburg Trail Series L/T kits and stock length slapper compatible lower arms, and is not compatible with Race Series L/T kits.
