This Chase Bays clutch line is a full replacement one-piece line made from -3AN stainless steel, featuring a Teflon PTFE lined inner core and PVC black coating. Designed for the 1992-1999 BMW 3-Series E36 models equipped with BMW transmissions, it runs from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder, eliminating engine bay clutter and improving pedal feel and aesthetics.

The PTFE Teflon inner core hose is manufactured from DuPont's Type 62 fine grade resin with a 304 stainless steel wire braid, providing a burst pressure of 9000 psi. It is chemically resistant and virtually unaffected by commercial chemicals, acids, alcohols, coolants, hydrocarbons, solvents, synthetic compounds, and hydraulic fluids.

The included Tilton flow control valve reduces driveline shock by allowing slight clutch slip during quick engagements or clutch kicks, lowering the risk of drivetrain damage and loss of traction during aggressive driving or racing scenarios. This valve does not affect clutch modulation or shift times but improves durability and reliability under high-stress conditions.
