Upgrade your engine's performance with the Cometic Chrysler 318/340/360 4.125in Bore.056in MLS-5 Head Gasket. This multi-layer steel (MLS) head gasket is designed to provide maximum sealing performance for high-output engines, with no sealants required.
Ideal for both aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks, this gasket can withstand the shearing force created by the two materials. Its multiple layers of stainless steel provide increased strength, rebound, and resistance to corrosion.
- Comprised of multiple embossed layers of stainless steel
- Outer layers utilize a Viton rubber coating for heat resistance up to 250°C/482°F
- Center or shim layer is uncoated stainless steel for varied thickness requirements
- MLS gaskets provide maximum sealing performance with no sealants required
