This gasket is designed for Ford 4.6L Modular V8 engines with a 95.25mm bore and features a compressed thickness of 0.120 inches. The gasket is comprised of multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with the outer layers utilizing a Viton rubber coating for maximum sealing performance.
This MLS gasket is ideal for both aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks, and can withstand the shearing force created by the two materials. The gasket also features increased strength and the ability to rebound and resist corrosion.
