Comprised of multiple embossed layers of stainless steel, the Cometic MLS Head Gasket features a Viton rubber coating on the outer layers for enhanced sealing and durability. The center shim layer is uncoated stainless steel, allowing for varied thickness requirements.
- Ideal for aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks
- Withstands shearing force created by the two materials
- Increased strength and rebound resistance due to multiple layers of stainless steel
