Take your Ford Big Block to the next level with the COMP Cams Camshaft Kit FF X4 278H. This complete kit includes a camshaft, lifters, valve springs, retainers, valve locks, valve stem seals, timing chain set, assembly lube, decals, and instructions.

With its Xtreme 4x4 234/244 hydraulic flat cam design, this kit is perfect for Ford 429 and 460 engines. It provides good top-end power, but we recommend pairing it with an intake, headers, and gears to get the most out of it. A 9.5:1 compression ratio and 2500+ stall are recommended.
