This CP Piston & Ring Set is engineered for the Audi/VW 1.8L 20 Valve engine featuring a bore size of 82.5mm, an oversized +1.5mm piston size, and a compression ratio of 8.5:1. The set includes four forged pistons and matching rings designed to accommodate high lift camshafts and oversized valves, ensuring optimal performance and durability for both street and motorsport applications.

Their manufacturing plant encompasses 32,000 square feet of CNC equipment and a climate controlled inspection department ensuring accurate and consistent quality. All pistons are made in CP’s Irvine based facility from USA made materials and are engineered for maximum power. With over 500 shelf parts available, their wide product range covers the most popular engines. Custom sizes are also available, for both sport compact and domestic vehicles.

What is the delivery time?

Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days. Items located at the manufacturer in the USA or Europe arrive within 5-7 business days and are then shipped. All other delivery times are available upon request, as these items are not kept in stock by the manufacturer.

Are there any additional costs?

Within the EU, there are no additional costs such as customs duties or import fees. We import each item to Germany first and then ship it to you from here.

Are the items street legal?

If an explicit indication is missing, the products do not have type approval or ECE. They are not road-legal across the EU without individual approval / inspection. Installation without approval will void your vehicle's registration and may violate local road traffic laws.

Shipping costs & delivery
