Take your BMW M2, M3, or M4 to the next level with the CSF Charge-Air Cooler Manifold. Developed in collaboration with PWR and Studio RSR, this manifold is designed to provide maximum performance and durability. The ultra-high-performance liquid-to-air F1 grade core is pressure tested to 120 psi, ensuring it can withstand extreme boost levels.
The CSF Manifold features a top feed port injection system, integrated ports for Nitrous or Methanol Injection, and a Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer made from KIYLEX, a revolutionary polymer that withstands temps up to 1100°F. This spacer insulates the manifold from conductive heat transfer, reducing manifold temps and improving efficiency.
- Integrated port injection with fuel rail (provided with block-off bungs if not running port injection)
- Ultra strong CNC Billet construction replaces weak plastic tanks with crimped-on gasket sealing core
- Integrated coolant reservoir mounting locations on rear of manifold for perfect fitment
- Rear of the intake manifold has been clearance for easy access to the engine oil filter
- Various wire harness provisions for perfect routing of wiring harness around manifold
