This Cusco Steel Drive Shaft Heat Shield is engineered to protect the front right drive shaft of Subaru WRX STI models with 6-speed manual transmissions from 2004 to 2021. It effectively reduces heat transfer from the exhaust system to the drive shaft, preventing heat damage that can degrade the grease inside and harm the inner joint during aggressive or prolonged driving conditions.
