DEI All-In-One Thermal & Acoustic Interior Kit - Full Size Vehicles

Take the guesswork out of thermal and acoustic control with this all-in-one kit! Introducing a simple and cost-effective, universal-fit, sound deadening and thermal insulation kit.

This kit includes:

  • 41.7 sq. ft. of Boom Mat Damping Material
  • 58.3 sq. ft. of Under Carpet Lite (10 ft. x 70 in.)
  • One 18 oz. can of Boom Mat Spray-On

A three-step process for the best interior comfort from heat and noise:

STEP 1: Apply Boom Mat vibration damping material to remove structure-borne vibrations, squeaks & rattles.

STEP 2: Apply Boom Mat Spray-On to reduce the noise and vibration in hard-to-reach areas such as trunk interiors, fender walls & inside doors.

STEP 3: Apply Under Carpet Lite over damping material on firewalls and floorboards to block up to 85% of heat and for additional noise control.

They work with these customers to define their problem, determine the correct materials necessary to handle their heat or sound control issues and work to design a solution. Their in-house design team can quickly turn around first article prototypes for inspection, for fitment and evaluation purposes. Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.
