With its embossed 10 mil aluminum face and composite glass-fiber core, the Floor and Tunnel Shield II is designed to withstand extreme temperatures up to 1750°F. The adhesive side holds past 450°F, ensuring a secure and durable installation.

  • 10 mil dimpled aluminum face for improved reflection and rigidity
  • Protection for engine compartments, painted body parts, and comfortable interior at any temperature
  • Hi-temp adhesive for a do-it-once install
  • Extreme heat barrier - aluminum side should face the heat
  • Only 3/16 in. thick, ideal for minimal clearance areas

They work with these customers to define their problem, determine the correct materials necessary to handle their heat or sound control issues and work to design a solution. Their in-house design team can quickly turn around first article prototypes for inspection, for fitment and evaluation purposes. Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.
