DEI Floor and Tunnel Shield II 42in x 4ft - 14.0 sq ft

Keep your vehicle's interior cool and protected from heat damage with the DEI Floor and Tunnel Shield II. This lightweight, thermal protection barrier is designed to reflect and insulate from any heat source, making it perfect for firewalls, transmission tunnels, floor boards, fuel cells, and other areas where heat is a problem.

Constructed with an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to a 1/8 in. composite glass-fiber core and backed with a high temp super strong pressure sensitive backing, this shield can withstand temperatures up to 1750F. The adhesive side holds past 450F, ensuring a secure fit.

  • Only 3/16 in. thick for minimal clearance areas

Their in-house design team can quickly turn around first article prototypes for inspection, for fitment and evaluation purposes. Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.
