DEI Form-A-Shield - 42in x 48in - Non PSA

Get the best possible heat protection with DEI's Form-A-Shield. Capable of withstanding direct heat of up to 1400°F+, this extreme heat barrier is designed to provide superior insulation in areas where high temperatures are always present and problematic.

Form-A-Shield can be applied to exhaust headers, manifolds, turbo housings, and downpipes, dramatically reducing radiant exhaust temperatures. Its 10 mil dimpled aluminum construction, bonded to a high-temperature rated basalt thermal barrier material, allows it to be applied directly to hot surfaces, helping to lower under hood temperatures while keeping more heat in the exhaust system.

Fasten with straps, clamps or DEI Locking Ties. No adhesive backing. Use DEI Adhesive Spray with Form-A-Shield on non-hot areas to serve as a heat barrier/reflector.

Their in-house design team can quickly turn around first article prototypes for inspection, for fitment and evaluation purposes. Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.
