DEI Heat Screen GOLD 36in x 40in - Non-Adhesive

Protect your vehicle's interior and components from heat damage with the DEI Heat Screen GOLD. Made from high-temperature metalized polyimide lamination bonded to a robust 20oz heat-treated glass fiber base material, this reflective heat protection barrier is designed to keep components cool in the most demanding applications.

  • Reflects direct heat up to 800°F (427°C)
  • 36% reduction of temperature in heat flux tests
  • 20oz heat-treated base glass with radiant heat to 1100°F (593°C)
  • .031 in. thick for durability
  • Mechanically fasten or use DEI Hi-Temp Adhesive for secure installation

Their in-house design team can quickly turn around first article prototypes for inspection, for fitment and evaluation purposes. Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.
