DEI Heat Sheath 1/2in I.D. x 50ft Spool
Protect your lines, hoses, and wires from extreme heat, chemical and oil spills, dirt, grease, and road grime with DEI's Heat Sheath. This aluminized sleeving is designed to slide over wires, cables, and hoses, providing the ultimate protection.
Heat Sheath is constructed from a high-temperature fabric bonded to an aluminized material that reflects heat, making it fireproof and able to withstand direct heat up to 500°F. It's also pliable for tight bends and can withstand 2000°F radiant heat.

They work with these customers to define their problem, determine the correct materials necessary to handle their heat or sound control issues and work to design a solution. Their in-house design team can quickly turn around first article prototypes for inspection, for fitment and evaluation purposes. Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.
