DEI Heat Sheath GOLD 3/4in x 36in
Protect your lines, hoses, and wires from heat and abrasion with DEI's Heat Sheath GOLD. Made from high-temperature metalized polyimide lamination bonded to a robust 20oz heat-treated glass fiber base material, this sleeving is designed to keep components cool in the most demanding applications.
With its ability to reflect radiant heat up to 800°F, DEI's GOLD line sleeving is the perfect choice for keeping critical lines, air intakes, and hoses cool and protected.
- 20oz heat-treated base glass
- Metalized Polyimide lamination
- Base glass rated to 1100°F
- Tested to FSTM 191.5100 and ASTM D1117 standards

They work with these customers to define their problem, determine the correct materials necessary to handle their heat or sound control issues and work to design a solution. Their in-house design team can quickly turn around first article prototypes for inspection, for fitment and evaluation purposes. Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.
