DEI Pipe Shield w/Stainless Steel Clamps - 6in x 12in - Titanium

Protect your vehicle's sensitive components from extreme heat with DEI's Titanium Pipe Shield. This revolutionary shield combines the high heat tolerance of DEI's proprietary LR fiber technology with a unique rivet-based clamp shield design to improve heat dissipation and cooling.

  • Capable of handling high temperature exposure up to 1350°F (732°C)
  • Reduces heat from entering the vehicle when placed on exhaust pipes
  • Protects heat-sensitive components, hoses, lines, and wiring
  • Easy to install with standoff brackets and pipe clamps
  • Includes 3.5 in. clamps for pipe diameters up to 3 in.

But there's another facet of their business that they specialize in - working with other customers to help solve their heat and sound control problems. They work with these customers to define their problem, determine the correct materials necessary to handle their heat or sound control issues and work to design a solution. Their in-house design team can quickly turn around first article prototypes for inspection, for fitment and evaluation purposes. Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.
