DEI Turbo Shield T3 - Kit - Ultra 47

Take your turbocharged engine to the next level with the DEI Turbo Shield T3 - Kit - Ultra 47. This turbo shield is designed to solve the problem of extreme underhood heat, stopping heat damage to painted or carbon fiber hoods and helping turbos spool faster.

Made from a Tri-Layer mix of an Aluminum impregnated Glass fiber outer shell with a Hi-Temperature insulating mat core and Silica glass blend liner, this turbo shield is built to perform. Double stitching and heavy-duty capped anchor points make it look great and perform even better.

Each Kit includes:

  • 1 - Turbo Shield
  • 1 - 2in x 15ft roll of Black Wrap
  • 2 - 20in Stainless Steel Locking Ties
  • 1 - 5ft roll of fastening wire

They work with these customers to define their problem, determine the correct materials necessary to handle their heat or sound control issues and work to design a solution. Their in-house design team can quickly turn around first article prototypes for inspection, for fitment and evaluation purposes. Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.
