This custom-designed under hood liner kit addresses two critical issues for the 2022-2025 Ford Maverick: engine noise intrusion and underhood heat damage. Constructed from a high-performance composite of thermal insulation and acoustic damping materials, it effectively reduces engine noise entering the cabin while protecting the hood's painted surface from radiant heat, helping to prevent premature paint degradation and elevated cabin temperatures.

But there's another facet of their business that they specialize in - working with other customers to help solve their heat and sound control problems. They work with these customers to define their problem, determine the correct materials necessary to handle their heat or sound control issues and work to design a solution. Their in-house design team can quickly turn around first article prototypes for inspection, for fitment and evaluation purposes. Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.

What is the delivery time?

Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days. Items located at the manufacturer in the USA or Europe arrive within 5-7 business days and are then shipped. All other delivery times are available upon request, as these items are not kept in stock by the manufacturer.

Are there any additional costs?

Within the EU, there are no additional costs such as customs duties or import fees. We import each item to Germany first and then ship it to you from here.

Are the items street legal?

If an explicit indication is missing, the products do not have type approval or ECE. They are not road-legal across the EU without individual approval / inspection. Installation without approval will void your vehicle's registration and may violate local road traffic laws.

Shipping costs & delivery
