DEI Versa-Shield Starter Heat Shield 7in x 24in Universal

The DEI Versa-Shield Starter Heat Shield is engineered to protect starters and other sensitive components from under hood heat soak conditions that can cause premature failure. Constructed from aluminized heat reflective material backed with a high-temperature rated glass fiber insulation barrier, this shield reflects radiant heat up to 2000°F, ensuring reliable performance even in extreme conditions.

Its universal design allows trimming to fit various components, and the edges attach securely to themselves via a hook & loop closure system, enabling easy installation without removing the starter in most cases.

Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.
