DEI Versa-Shield /Starter Shield 5-1/4in w x 16-1/2in l - Universal (Mini) Heat Shield

Protect your starter from heat soak with the DEI Versa-Shield. This mini heat shield is designed to reflect radiant heat up to 2000°F and is constructed with an aluminized heat reflective material backed with a hi-temp rated glass fiber insulation barrier.

  • Universal design: trim length to size
  • Edges close with hook & loop design
  • Protects master cylinders, cool cans, distributors, fuel pumps & more
  • No need to remove starter for installation in most cases

Their in-house design team can quickly turn around first article prototypes for inspection, for fitment and evaluation purposes. Once a final design is tested and approved by the customer, production begins based on their requirements.
