This 1-piece driveshaft is engineered for the Subaru Impreza WRX from 2002 to 2007, compatible with automatic transmissions or 6-speed conversions featuring the R160 rear differential. Constructed from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum, the 3-inch shaft is approximately half the weight of the factory 2-piece driveshaft, significantly reducing rotational mass for improved throttle response and vehicle dynamics.

The shaft includes larger, replaceable, and greaseable universal joints designed to handle up to 650 wheel horsepower and speeds up to 155 MPH. By eliminating the factory two-piece design and its hanger bearing, this driveshaft enhances drivetrain efficiency and responsiveness.
