Designed specifically for high-revving, high-horsepower applications, these valves are crafted from aerospace-grade EV8-Z18 alloy for exceptional tensile strength and durability.

Each valve undergoes a two-step slow forging process to ensure optimal grain flow and structural integrity, followed by a 48-hour heat treatment and stress-relief cycle. The valves feature avionics-quality hard chrome plating and a specially applied hard tip for maximum wear resistance. Advanced flow bench testing ensures superior flow characteristics, making these valves ideal for turbocharged, supercharged, and nitrous applications.
