Fluidampr BBC Internal Balanced Dual Keyway Harmonic Balancer Adapter Hub

This adapter hub is engineered specifically for use with Fluidampr harmonic dampers, designed to fit Chevy 396-427ci engines with internal balance and dual keyways (1/4" & 1/4"). It ensures precise vibration control by maintaining the recommended press fit tolerance of 0.0005" to 0.0015". The hub is compatible with Fluidampr part numbers 800151 and 80256E, providing a reliable and durable connection between the crankshaft and damper.

Fluidampr manufactures performance harmonic balancers for both domestic and sport compact vehicles. Unlike traditional elastomer balancers, Fluidampr performance dampers become more effective at higher RPMs. Fluidampr’s unique design uses a viscous silicone material between the inertia ring and outer housing. Not only does this create a more effective damper at high RPM’s, but it also reduces rotational mass because the inertia ring is not directly connected to the crankshaft. That’s why top engine race builders prefer viscous dampers like Fluidampr.
