When installing or replacing your Fluidampr harmonic balancer, it's essential to use a new friction washer to ensure proper fitment and performance. This diamond-impregnated washer is designed specifically for use with Fluidampr High Strength Bolt Kits (#300016) and is recommended to be replaced each time the damper is removed.

Fluidampr manufactures performance harmonic balancers for both domestic and sport compact vehicles. Unlike traditional elastomer balancers, Fluidampr performance dampers become more effective at higher RPMs. Fluidampr’s unique design uses a viscous silicone material between the inertia ring and outer housing. Not only does this create a more effective damper at high RPM’s, but it also reduces rotational mass because the inertia ring is not directly connected to the crankshaft.
