Fluidampr SBF Internally Balanced Single Keyway Harmonic Balancer Adapter Hub (Hub Only)

This adapter hub is designed for use with Fluidampr harmonic dampers, specifically fitting the Fluidampr #650231 model. It is internally balanced and features a single keyway with a 3/16" key, engineered for Ford 302, 351, and 400 engines with internal balance. The hub ensures proper fitment and vibration control when installed correctly, maintaining the recommended press fit tolerance of 0.0005" to 0.0015" to optimize damper performance and longevity.

Fluidampr manufactures performance harmonic balancers for both domestic and sport compact vehicles. Unlike traditional elastomer balancers, Fluidampr performance dampers become more effective at higher RPMs. Fluidampr’s unique design uses a viscous silicone material between the inertia ring and outer housing. Not only does this create a more effective damper at high RPM’s, but it also reduces rotational mass because the inertia ring is not directly connected to the crankshaft. That’s why top engine race builders prefer viscous dampers like Fluidampr.
