With a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design, these pistons minimize friction and power loss while reducing skirt width and saving weight with a shorter wrist pin. The skirt coating reduces friction and wear on piston skirts and cylinder walls, while the accumulator groove helps reduce pressure from combustion gases, improving ring seal and consistent power.
