This piston kit is specifically designed for the Ford 2.5L ST engine and features a 8.5:1 compression ratio, inverted dome/dish design, and a 3.268" bore. The kit includes 5 pistons, high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings.
- Forged in the USA using 2618 aluminum for high tensile strength
- Proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging design minimizes friction and power loss
- Skirt coating reduces friction and wear on piston skirts and cylinder walls
- Accumulator groove helps reduce pressure from combustion gases and improves ring seal
